The former president plans to publish a book that will contain the communications that royalty and other world leaders have sent to him.
Donald Trump has asserted that renowned figures such as Princess of Wales Diana and Queen Elizabeth II were among those who “kissed my ass” in written correspondence.
The former President of the United States is working on compiling a book out of the letters and other forms of communication he received both before he took office in White House and throughout his tenure there.
On the website Breitbart, which is associated with the conservative political ideology, the candidate of Republican for the presidential election in the United States in 2024 said the following in reference to the book Letters to Trump: “I think they are going to witness a very intriguing life.”
” All of them were people I knew, and they all peck my ass,” he added
This will be the second book that the former president has written since he left office. The first item was a book containing a collection of images from his time spent working in White House.
The 150 letters in Letters to Trump come from a wide range of famous people, including members of the British royal family and important politicians including Richard Nixon, George H. W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.
In addition, there are letters from foreign leaders, such as Xi Jinping, who is the current president of China; Kim Jong-un, who is the current leader of North Korea; and Jair Bolsonaro, who was formerly the president of Brazil.
Donald Trump Jr., Mr. Trump’s son, stated in an interview with Breitbart that his father has carried on correspondence with a number of the world’s most fascinating individuals.
“It’s incredible how quickly their admiration for him shifted after he announced his intention to run for government as a Republican.” he added.
“You can see how they really felt about Trump and how fake their newfound contempt is by reading their “Letters to Trump.”
The beginning of Mr. Trump’s relationship with the Princess can be traced back to the middle of the 1990s, when the two of them would occasionally cross paths at charitable events.
They sat together at the same table at a banquet when the Princess was honoured as the Humanitarian of the Year Award Winner from United Cerebral Palsy. Mr. Trump’s second wife, Marla Maples, was also present at the event.
The Princess reportedly turned down Mr. Trump’s offer of a membership in Mar-a-Lago, despite the fact that he was head over heels in love with her.
