Islamabad: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer has to submit written document for questions raised by opposition party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader. Apex court has decided on Thursday to adjourn the Panama hearing on daily basis.

Pakistan Supreme Court resumed its adjourning on Thursday over Panamagate Scandal against Premier’s family as the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz has owned the luxurious apartments in Mayfair. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Chairman Imran khan submitted the evidence to apex court and premier’s family legal team has to give written reply in next hearing.

A new five-member larger bench of the apex court has adjourned the hearing, two new judges Justice Gulzar Ahmad and Justice Ijaz Afzal Khan join Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan and Justice Azmat Saeed. Court in its remarks revealed it wanted to understand the procedure how Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s children invests money in their business it is also concerning how funds transfer to London from Qatar for investments as well as the apex court asked how whether Nawaz Sharif has occupied the government position when he extend his business.

However, the reply stated from PM’s side revealed current PM was the Provincial financial minister from 1981-1958 and become the Chief Minister of Punjab till 1988 and continue to serve Pakistan as Punjab Chief Minister till 1990. He was elected first time the Prime Minister of Pakistan in 1993 and secondly elected the Prime Minister from 1997-1999. PM Nawaz Sharif was exiled in 2000 and shutdown in 2007.
